Battalion Mexico Short Term Mission Trip 2010

We're a group of 10 college students going to Tijuana, Mexico this August to build a House for a family in need. We'll be teaming up with Bittersweet ministries to:

  • Buy the materials for a house, build it, and give it to a family currently living in a makeshift shelter.
  • Buy and distribute rice and beans to over 200 people with inconsistent food supply.
  • Run a vacation bible school at a local church for neighborhood children.

We need to raise $4000 to cover the cost of our room and board, as well as the cost of the building materials for the house. To see this ministry in action, check out the pictures from a previous trip under the 'Photos' tab.

Any gift, even a small one, will be greatly appreciated by us and the family who receives a new house!
